Associate - Transaction Services

Riveron provides financial and operational advisory services across the M&A transaction lifecycle. The associate will analyze transaction-related financial issues and prepare due diligence analyses and client deliverables.

• Analyze financial, operational, and tax issues related to M&A transactions
• Research financial and accounting issues related to business transactions
• Prepare quality of earnings and net working capital analyses
• Participate in interviews with target company executives
• Draft reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
• Coordinate project workstreams and deadlines
