Assurance Consultant

• Handle customer support requests across chat, messaging, email and phone
• Process customer enquiries, orders, provisioning and billing requests
• Troubleshoot product and service issues and follow up on complaints
• Escalate customer enquiries to the appropriate teams
• Recommend and sell relevant Telstra products and services
