AVP -Global Rewards and Performance Operations

Diageo is a global premium drinks company with a portfolio of spirits, beer and other beverage brands. You will lead global reward and performance operations, delivering annual reward cycles, compensation projects and process improvements.

• Lead and develop the Global Reward and Performance Operations team
• Oversee annual reward cycles, calibration, benchmarking and pay equity projects
• Ensure accurate reward processes and actions in Workday and other systems
• Coordinate reward-cycle payment delivery with Payroll
• Improve HR processes and reporting through automation and Power BI
• Manage external vendors and operational governance
