• Build dashboards tracking Accounts Receivable and financial performance
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and process failures
• Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring billing issues and disputes
• Develop data models, automated reports, and workflow improvements
• Present reports on project status, dispute trends, aging, and resolution
• Maintain reporting documentation and ensure data integrity
