About the role
Solventum develops healthcare solutions using technology, material science, and data science. This lead will architect and manage client virtualization services, oversee L2/L3 support, and improve system security and user experience.
What you'll do
- Design and manage client virtualization technologies, primarily Citrix
- Develop strategic plans for client virtualization services
- Facilitate Scrum processes for the team
- Oversee system lifecycle, vulnerability, incident, and problem management
- Serve as the escalation point for unresolved MSP issues
- Manage application and desktop provisioning
