About the role
Northern Trust provides financial services and guidance to individuals, families and institutions. You will support production Xceptor workflows, resolve incidents, monitor schedules and improve automation operations.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for production Xceptor workflows
- Monitor schedules and resolve workflow, data and performance issues
- Investigate incident causes and implement preventive solutions
- Coordinate deployments, environment issues and configuration changes
- Maintain support documentation and track operational metrics
- Participate in on-call support rotations, including weekends and holidays
