About the role
Airbound is developing aircraft for low-cost drone delivery. The intern will support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, legal documentation, and investor and ESOP administration.
What you'll do
- Assist with corporate secretarial filings and governance records
- Support FEMA, RBI, and US corporate compliance documentation
- Track drone and aviation regulatory requirements
- Draft and review legal agreements and other documents
- Maintain investor records, cap tables, and ESOP administration
- Conduct legal research and maintain compliance calendars and repositories
