About the role

Airbound is developing aircraft for low-cost delivery of goods. The HR & People Operations Lead will lead the people team and own people strategy, hiring, workforce planning, and HR operations as the organization scales.

What you'll do

Lead, coach, and develop the people team
Set people strategy and translate scaling plans into hiring and culture roadmaps
Own workforce planning, headcount planning, and the people budget
Build HR systems for policies, compensation, compliance, and people data
Advise leaders on sensitive people decisions and organizational health
