About the role
Airbound is developing aircraft for low-cost drone delivery. The HR Business Partner will build people processes and partner with leaders on hiring transitions, performance, employee relations, and organizational growth.
What you'll do
- Advise leaders on team structure, performance, and people decisions
- Run onboarding and 30-60-90-day integration for new joiners
- Build performance management, goal-setting, review, and calibration processes
- Coach managers on employee relations, team gaps, and growth planning
- Design people policies, compensation frameworks, and compliance practices
- Drive engagement, retention, and culture across growing teams
