About the role
Airbound is building aircraft for low-cost drone delivery. The Talent Acquisition Manager will build recruiting from scratch, lead full-cycle hiring, and establish onboarding and recruiting operations.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles
- Build candidate pipelines through outreach, events, and networking
- Prioritize hiring needs with leadership and functional teams
- Write job descriptions and employer branding content
- Set up and maintain onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
- Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes
