About the role
Cisco's Customer Experience team delivers network-centric solutions and technical services to help customers achieve business goals. This engineer will design and optimize data center networks, automate processes, troubleshoot complex environments, and guide customers and global teams.
What you'll do
- Design and implement Cisco technologies for complex customer networks
- Analyze and optimize network performance while automating repeatable tasks
- Develop software and tools to automate processes and support infrastructure platforms
- Troubleshoot complex customer environments and prevent network incidents
- Support global teams with technical leadership and problem resolution
- Deliver systems training and contribute feedback to product roadmaps
