About the role

Altera develops a RISC-V processor family. This engineer will verify CPU designs through testbenches, coverage analysis, simulation, debugging, and automation.

What you'll do

Develop verification plans for CPU logic against architecture specifications
Create reusable UVM testbenches and functional coverage models
Analyze coverage gaps and plan verification closure
Run system-level simulations and debug pre-silicon issues
Build automation scripts and maintain verification infrastructure
Contribute to CPU feature definition and lead technical reviews
