About the role
Cisco’s Customer Experience team designs, implements, and optimizes network-centric solutions for customers and partners. This architect will lead data center and networking solution design and delivery, advise customers, resolve escalations, and develop reusable technical assets.
What you'll do
- Lead strategy, design, and implementation of data center and networking solutions
- Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures and delivery plans
- Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements
- Resolve complex technical issues as the primary escalation point
- Create reusable delivery frameworks, scripts, and training content
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing
