About the role

Intuitive develops robotic-assisted surgery systems and technologies for minimally invasive care. The Customer Trainer will deliver customer training, support training programs and research, and maintain training center equipment and operations.

What you'll do

Deliver da Vinci System training to surgical teams
Support specialized training programs and surgeon-led events
Survey participants and assess training program effectiveness
Develop training materials and protocols
Troubleshoot and maintain systems and equipment at training centers
Manage training center logistics, inventory and calendars
