About the role
JFrog provides a software supply chain platform that secures and automates software delivery. You will troubleshoot customer CI/CD issues, reproduce problems, develop debugging scripts and collaborate with product teams.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot complex customer CI/CD scenarios
- Develop Bash, Python and Groovy scripts for debugging and automation
- Set up JFrog applications and third-party products in development environments
- Analyze logs, thread dumps, HTTP traffic, JVM and OS parameters
- Reproduce customer scenarios and report bugs or feature requests
- Maintain and improve the knowledge base of known issues and solutions
