About the role

Micron develops DRAM, NAND, and NOR memory and storage products. You will design and deliver digital RTL for complex silicon blocks, guiding front-end ASIC work from architecture through timing closure and implementation handoff.

What you'll do

Design RTL for complex DRAM, memory, and mixed-signal digital blocks
Own ASIC front-end design, validation, synthesis, and timing closure
Develop SDC constraints and low-power implementation methods
Analyze timing and synthesis reports and improve design performance
Collaborate with architecture, verification, circuit, and physical design teams
Enhance design methodologies, automation frameworks, and RTL-to-GDS flows
