Verification Engineer, DMTS/SMTS/MTS

Micron develops DRAM, NAND and NOR memory and storage products. You will lead verification strategy and execution across RTL, mixed-signal and transistor-level designs while improving verification methods and workflows.

• Lead verification strategy and execution across RTL, AMS and transistor-level designs
• Define verification methodologies, test plans and coverage strategies
• Develop and maintain verification environments using simulation tools
• Debug designs and correlate simulation results with silicon behavior
• Drive coverage analysis and verification closure
• Develop automation and AI-assisted workflows for verification
