About the role
Micron develops memory and storage products, including DRAM, NAND and SSD solutions. You will develop and debug controller firmware, test new memory systems, and help diagnose performance and reliability issues.
What you'll do
- Develop firmware for high-performance memory controllers and SSDs
- Evaluate, build, bench-test, and debug firmware
- Triage failures and help isolate issues for development teams
- Recreate problems and identify performance-critical algorithms for optimization
- Configure and debug ASIC register settings in embedded firmware environments
