MTS - Analog Layout

Micron develops memory and storage products, including DRAM, NAND and NOR. This engineer will lead analog and mixed-signal layout, verification signoff, and AI-assisted layout methodology development.

• Lead full-custom layout for complex analog and mixed-signal IP blocks
• Own layout quality from floor-planning through tape-out
• Drive DRC, LVS, ERC, antenna and reliability signoff
• Guide junior and mid-level layout engineers and conduct design reviews
• Develop AI-assisted layout and verification solutions using Python and EDA automation
