About the role
Meesho's Business Finance team supports growth strategy, financial operations and decisions across the company's business. The Director will lead finance professionals and partner with business leaders on planning, capital allocation, performance analysis and growth and profitability decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead the Business Finance team and partner with business leaders
- Develop annual and long-range financial plans with business and technology teams
- Review actuals against plans and analyze variances
- Track financial and business metrics and jointly own business-unit OKRs
- Conduct scenario analysis and present business plans to senior management
- Drive process standardization and automation projects
