About the role
AstraZeneca is a global biopharmaceutical company developing medicines for patients. The Finance Controller will lead India entity controllership, tax compliance, financial planning, audits, risk controls, treasury, and finance transformation.
What you'll do
- Lead tax compliance, reporting, and interactions with Indian tax authorities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and investment evaluations
- Coordinate statutory, tax, transfer pricing, and internal audits
- Own local financial risk framework and internal control assessments
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, banking, and vendor payments
- Lead finance systems enablement and transformation initiatives
