About the role
Cisco’s Product Operations team supports the production and lifecycle delivery of next-generation hardware products. You will provide electrical product engineering support from new product introduction through end of life, improving quality, yield, and cost.
What you'll do
- Support product engineering from pre-concept through end of life
- Manage bill of materials structure and risk
- Resolve design-for-manufacturing issues with hardware and mechanical teams
- Drive design and manufacturing failure analysis
- Debug and bring up prototype boards
- Lead resolution of complex product quality issues
