About the role

MKS supports engineering software applications used across the company through its Engineering Services organization. This person will administer the application portfolio, coordinate licensing and vendors, maintain records, and support users and operational processes.

What you'll do

Administer engineering applications, access, onboarding, licensing, and renewals
Maintain application inventories, vendor records, ownership details, and lifecycle status
Coordinate vendor communications, licensing inquiries, support requests, and renewal activities
Update application documentation, knowledge articles, catalogs, and operational records
Collect software usage, licensing, inventory, and vendor information for reporting
Coordinate user communications, training, and adoption support
