Avery Dennison RBIS provides labeling, RFID and other solutions for the apparel and footwear supply chain. This executive will respond to customer enquiries and orders, resolve complaints, process claims, and provide order updates and reports.

• Respond to customer enquiries, orders and complaints by email, phone and fax
• Investigate queries and follow them through to resolution
• Process orders, claims and queries accurately
• Update clients on order status and generate reports
• Document business requirements and process maps
