About the role
JLL provides real estate and investment management services, including facilities services for clients. The Facility Engineer oversees maintenance, vendors, budgets, assets, emergency preparedness, energy conservation and workplace safety.
What you'll do
- Oversee facility maintenance, inspections and repairs
- Manage vendors, contracts, service levels and compliance
- Track facility budgets, expenses and cost-saving measures
- Maintain asset inventories and coordinate space changes
- Lead emergency response, risk assessments and drills
- Maintain maintenance records and conduct HSE training
