What you'll do
- Process customer billing documents in the ERP system
- Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices
- Follow up on outstanding finance and customer queries
- Investigate and resolve invoice and order discrepancies
- Prepare reports and identify billing process improvements
- Support knowledge transfer and document standard operating procedures
