About the role
Teltonika Networks develops industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment for networking and IoT applications. You will support business customers with product questions, troubleshooting, configuration, and basic network issues, escalating complex cases to engineers.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support to business customers by phone and through written channels
