Avathon builds an industrial AI platform that connects operational data to support autonomous operations across industries. This role develops and deploys small language models for supply chain products, integrating them with enterprise data and graph-based systems.

• Fine-tune and optimize language models for production supply chain use cases
• Embed supply chain knowledge into models with domain experts and product teams
• Integrate models into products using custom Lambdas and graph-based microservices
• Build vector search and semantic reasoning capabilities for supply chain data
• Deploy and operate models using MLOps practices on cloud platforms
• Evaluate model quality and improve reliability by reducing hallucinations
