About the role
Cisco's Splunk Agent Resilience team builds AI evaluation and guardrails to help customers deploy and manage reliable AI applications. The Forward Deployed Engineer designs and deploys customer AI solutions, builds integrations and reusable tools, and feeds customer needs back to product teams.
What you'll do
- Understand enterprise customers' technical requirements and business goals
- Design AI solution architectures and guide production deployments
- Build integrations, prototypes, and reusable tools
- Lead technical workshops and troubleshoot production issues
- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams
- Create documentation, best practices, and technical assets
