Global Applications and Formulation Lead (Beauty & Personal care)

Scimplify develops and manufactures advanced materials, including specialty chemicals, through a global network of manufacturing partners. You will establish an application lab and develop skincare and suncare formulations, testing methods, and customer solutions.

• Plan and establish the application lab, including equipment and procedures
• Develop prototype skincare and suncare formulations for customer requirements
• Plan formulation, rheology, and stability studies and investigate results
• Create repeatable test methods and maintain sample traceability and reporting
• Work with customer R&D teams to design trials and explain findings
• Recruit, train, and mentor technical colleagues as positions are approved
