Senior Manager – R&D Program & Commercialization

Scimplify develops and manufactures advanced materials through scientific teams and a global manufacturing partner network. This role manages R&D portfolios from opportunity assessment and costing through execution, scale-up, and commercialization.

• Manage customer-funded and internal R&D initiatives from planning through commercialization
• Evaluate leads and coordinate feasibility, costing, quotations, and project initiation
• Track milestones, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and execution dependencies
• Coordinate process development, scale-up, and manufacturing readiness
• Establish R&D operating processes, dashboards, and portfolio review mechanisms
• Align R&D, business development, procurement, finance, and manufacturing teams
