Cisco's Common Hardware Group develops power solutions for networking products, including routers and switches. This engineer will design and qualify system power, test designs, and help resolve power-related product issues.

• Develop and qualify system power for new products
• Create and execute test plans for power designs
• Resolve power-related field and product issues
• Work with vendors to develop power supplies
• Review schematics, bills of materials, layouts and routing
• Conduct failure analysis and root-cause analysis
