About the role
Check Point protects organizations from cyber and AI-driven threats across networks, cloud environments, workplaces, and AI systems. The HR Partner will manage employee lifecycle operations, support managers and employees, and execute people programs and compliance processes across India.
What you'll do
- Manage employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave, and offboarding
- Maintain employee records, HR system data, dashboards, and reports
- Provide employees and managers guidance on HR policies and processes
- Support employee relations matters and workplace concern resolution
- Execute engagement, wellness, recognition, and culture initiatives
- Support HR programs, compliance reviews, audits, and process improvements
