About the role
Check Point provides prevention-first cybersecurity products that protect organizations across networks, cloud environments, workspaces and AI systems. The analyst will investigate endpoint incidents, troubleshoot customer systems, document findings and coordinate remediation with internal teams.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot endpoint installation, configuration, connectivity and performance issues
- Analyze system logs, traces and debug data to identify root causes
- Perform forensic analysis and recommend remediation for compromised systems
- Document incidents, diagnostic steps and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex cases with findings and replication steps
- Identify recurring problems and recommend product or process improvements
