About the role
Diageo's Global HR Operations team provides employee lifecycle services across markets, including onboarding, moves and offboarding. This team lead will manage JML delivery for UKI and NAM, develop the team, maintain compliance and improve service performance.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding, mover and offboarding operations for UKI and NAM
- Coach and develop advisors and specialists while managing team performance
- Resolve complex customer cases and service complaints
- Improve JML processes using operational metrics and customer insights
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, quality standards and compliance requirements
- Partner with process owners and teams across HR, payroll, data and IS
