About the role

Lowe’s is a home improvement retailer with a Bengaluru global capability center supporting technology, business, analytics, and shared services. The Director will lead its global Contracts Centre of Excellence, oversee contracting governance and risk, and develop the team and scalable processes.

What you'll do

Define the Contracts COE vision, strategy, governance, and operating model
Lead contract lifecycle management and enterprise adoption of a CLM tool
Oversee complex global contracts and provide guidance on negotiation and risk
Build, mentor, and develop the Contracts COE team
Report contracting metrics, risks, and trends to senior leadership
