• Monitor storage infrastructure for capacity, performance, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Troubleshoot NetApp and Pure Storage incidents and escalate complex problems
• Monitor backup jobs and investigate failures, alerts, and restore requests
• Perform routine storage and backup operations using SOPs and runbooks
• Create and update incidents, requests, and changes in the ITSM tool
• Maintain shift handovers and operational documentation
