About the role
Huron Consulting Group provides consulting services and technology solutions to help clients improve business performance. This analyst will troubleshoot employee technology issues, provide support, and document interactions and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
What you'll do
- Acknowledge, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve employee IT issues
- Record customer interactions and resolutions in the IT ticketing system
- Follow IT policies and operating procedures
- Provide remote technical support across time zones
