About the role

Unisys supports enterprise technology and services, and this role develops knowledge practices for ECS teams and client engagements. The Knowledge Manager will organize trusted content, prepare knowledge sources for AI tools, and support learning and adoption.

What you'll do

Design knowledge frameworks, taxonomies, metadata, and governance practices
Create content templates and guide knowledge capture, curation, and validation
Prepare trusted knowledge sources for AI assistants, search, and RAG solutions
Develop role-based learning materials, workshops, and onboarding resources
Track repository health, knowledge gaps, content quality, and AI readiness
