Senior Cisco Network Engineer

Unisys provides network infrastructure support and services for customers. This engineer will configure, maintain and troubleshoot customer networks while meeting service levels and managing network changes.

• Implement and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless access points and WLAN controllers
• Isolate and resolve network faults in accordance with SLAs
• Support customer testing and WAN and LAN equipment turn-ups
• Maintain network configurations, security settings, patches and upgrades
• Manage incidents, problems and changes under ITIL processes
• Coordinate with engineering and vendors to resolve issues and maintain network documentation
