About the role
First Citizens India is a global capability center supporting banking operations, finance, risk management, and regulatory reporting. The Lead Analyst will test transactions and reporting data, investigate exceptions, and recommend improvements to data quality and controls.
What you'll do
- Analyze datasets using SQL and Excel to support transaction testing
- Identify anomalies, trends, and data quality concerns
- Validate transactions represented in regulatory and risk reporting
- Research data lineage, business logic, and reporting methodologies
- Communicate findings, root causes, risks, and recommendations
- Prepare testing reports and workpapers to established standards
