About the role
Zinier provides technology for frontline workers, including field service and asset management solutions. The Customer Delivery Lead will direct enterprise implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, managing plans, teams, risks, and customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead project definition, discovery, planning, execution, and launch
- Manage project scope, quality, schedules, costs, and change control
- Build release plans and track dependencies, risks, and mitigations
- Report project milestones and risks to stakeholders
- Coach project teams and resolve blockers or conflicts
- Improve delivery processes with automation, metrics, and scalable frameworks
