About the role
MISUMI Americas provides configurable and custom manufacturing solutions through a digital manufacturing platform. You will lead Customer Program Managers overseeing customer programs, relationships, and operational delivery.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop a team of Customer Program Managers
- Set standards for program planning, communication, risk, and execution
- Oversee program portfolio health, delivery risks, and escalations
- Lead customer conversations for strategic or at-risk accounts
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams
- Identify recurring operational issues and address root causes
