Lead Engineer -Embedded Hardware Design

Wabtec provides equipment, systems, and digital solutions for rail, transit, mining, marine, and industrial markets. The engineer will lead embedded hardware design, validation, and technical delivery for brake control and transit applications.

• Design embedded electronic hardware for transit and brake control applications
• Own hardware work packages from concept through validation and industrialization
• Lead board bring-up, debugging, integration, and qualification activities
• Investigate complex hardware issues and drive root-cause analysis
• Mentor hardware engineers and guide technical design reviews
• Coordinate hardware delivery with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams
