About the role
Integrated DNA Technologies supports researchers with genomics products and services. You will configure, enhance, and support SAP Sales and Distribution processes and integrations.
What you'll do
- Configure SAP enhancements for sales orders and customer master data
- Analyze requirements and troubleshoot SAP issues
- Support SAP SD integrations and resolve incidents within SLAs
- Build and support integrations with third-party compliance vendors
- Optimize business processes and manage the ticket backlog
