Target's payroll operations team processes employee pay and supports related tax, banking, garnishment, and final-pay activities. This specialist resolves complex payroll cases, coaches specialists, and helps maintain accurate processes and documentation.
What you'll do
- Process payroll and final pay checks accurately and on time
- Review audit reports and resolve payroll errors before payment
- Monitor payroll mailboxes and tickets, responding within service timelines
- Resolve escalated cases with partner teams and subject matter experts
- Coach specialists and support onboarding and training
- Maintain payroll procedures, checklists, and process documentation
