About the role
Wabtec provides equipment, software and services for rail transportation and related industries. This engineer will develop, verify and maintain embedded software for brakes and other transportation systems.
What you'll do
- Analyze system requirements and implement embedded software
- Debug and resolve issues in software products
- Verify and validate software through laboratory and system testing
- Develop monitoring programs and PC tools as needed
- Coordinate software development activities and review contractor documentation
