What you'll do
- Lead and coach two Country Consultants
- Advise business leaders on local HR needs and strategy
- Monitor legislative changes and coordinate compliance responses
- Adapt global HR programs to country requirements
- Support restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and employee crisis escalations
- Represent HR externally and advance Cisco's local brand strategy
