About the role
OneTrust provides a platform for responsible data use, AI governance, and connected compliance workflows. You will build and lead India-based IT operations delivery across endpoint services, Jira administration, and business systems.
What you'll do
- Build and develop the India IT delivery team
- Plan delivery capacity, priorities, service measures, and escalation practices
- Translate global IT standards into local plans and measurable commitments
- Lead endpoint operations for Windows and macOS devices
- Oversee Jira and Jira Service Management administration
- Improve service quality, automation, and operational reporting
