About the role
OneTrust provides a platform for responsible data use, AI governance, and connected governance workflows. This customer-facing architect will shape AI governance solutions, design enterprise patterns, and translate customer needs into product and roadmap investments.
What you'll do
- Define AI governance solution vision and scalable platform capabilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical assessments
- Design secure solution patterns for AI governance workflows and risk management
- Translate customer requirements into product investments and reference solutions
- Establish reusable architectures and implementation practices for enterprise customers
